Preservation of Cultural Values
Tieng Adhola / TADEFO is the custodian of the Jopadhola cultural heritage. Traditionally, there is Nyakiriga in Sere Subcounty in Tororo District situated at Maundo South.
Padhola is a home to many religious sites including the oldest seminary in Africa. These cultural sites form an important part of the historical and spiritual identity of the Jopadhola people and present opportunities for cultural tourism and heritage preservation.

Resource Mobilization
The cultural institution through TADEFO is greatly involved in mobilizing financial resources for the transformation of her people by investing much in infrastructural development in health, education and language development.
Guidelines on Family and Gender Relations of the Jopadhola
A behavior change tool kit developed to help reduce Gender Based Violence in communities.
Community Mobilization and Sensitization
TACI partners with government and other development partners to mobilize her people for Development Agenda notably sensitization on health issues, social cultural issues and economic empowerment.
The organisation has a virtual university of technology known as Adhola Women University of Science and Technology.

Advocacy and Language
TADEFO advocates for the lowly and ensures there is equitable development among her people. It lobbies different stakeholders to support development projects in Padhola.
Dhopadhola Language Board
Developed an orthography for Dhopadhola currently at the National Curriculum Development Centre for use.

Conflict Resolution and Community Harmony
A cultural leader is mandated to settle conflicts arising from among her people. This role has been key in ensuring peace, unity, and development of the Jopadhola community over decades through dialogue and mediation.

Through partnerships with government institutions, development partners, and community leaders, the institution remains committed to sustainable development and cultural preservation.
