Model Village Project
The cultural institution started a project code named model village project which was funded by the Rotarians through Sam Owor in Kidera Primary School.
This initiative demonstrates how integrated community projects can support both education and social development within rural communities.

Model School Farm Initiative
A model school farm situated in Kidera was put in place by TADEFO with finances from Alpine Rotarians for Kidera Primary School.
The farm plays an important role in supporting the school feeding programme while also teaching students practical agricultural skills.
This initiative strengthens food security in schools while promoting agricultural learning among students.
School Transport Support Initiative
A bicycle shade at Kidera Primary School was constructed to support the transportation of school children to the model school farm.
This initiative helps facilitate the movement of students to the farm activities which support the school feeding programme.
The project was supported by Alpine Rotarians, Austria.

Girls Health and Empowerment Support
A Fungo house at Kidera Primary School was established for making re-usable pads for in-school girls.
The project was implemented by TADEFO with support from the Rotarians.
This initiative supports girls by improving menstrual hygiene management and ensuring that girls remain in school without interruption to their education.
